shutting down service effective 2020-02-18

This project needs to be rearchitected to use its own transparency log instead of domain name hacking into the CT logs (see #10).

Unfortunately, I haven't had as much time in the first half of this year to do that as I had hopped.

Since maintaining the current service is a bit of a dead end I am going to shut it down as I keep having problems keeping the service running.
