Wheel includes tests

Currently when the wheel is built it includes all the tests resulting in a 476K package when installed. Maybe I'm missing a scenario, but I can't think of a time a user would ever need the tests included with the package. Removing the tests from the wheel reduces the size to 152K resulting in a 68% smaller package.
