🐞 Description

The install script on macOS arm64 is producing a ~/.tor folder. This should be configured to be stored at ~/.local/share/tor or a better location. This will likely have to be customized by using an environment variable.

The same process should be followed to configure the appropriate environment variables for the other folders listed in the title of this ticket.
