Thank you for bringing up this issue! This seems to be a problem of third-party ipywidgets such as the FigureWidget of plotly that is used. See: widgetti/ipyvolume#147 and googlecolab/colabtools#60.
Will add a TODO but unfortunately I don't have much free time to work on the project right now.
Currently not, however, each individual plot can be saved through the usual plotly interface (camera icon in the toolbar). The focus currently lies in fast interactive analysis that is not meant to be presented as a standalone report. This due to the fact that pandas-visual-analysis needs a python backend to enable its functionality such as linked-brushing.
