Edit media metadata during upload

Describe the feature you'd like
It would be nice if video metadata could be edited while uploads happen. There are several reasons for this:

1. You may not want a video to be posted as the default of "Public"
2. The title may need to change
3. You don't want the video to be downloadable

Currently, you have to rely on catching it during the transcoding process if you want any of these things to be in place by the time the video is publicly accessible.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Having new videos default to private would sometimes work. But that would be an awfully clunky way to do that - requiring an extra step for every upload, even if metadata changes weren't needed.
