PaymentDate Not Updated Unless DateTimePicker Changes #34

When a subscription is edited, it doesn't update payment date, even if the datetime picker shows the correct updated value.

Reproduction steps:

Create a subscription with a payment date.
Wait for the date/time is passed (or change the database to a past datetime)
Edit the subscription
Check the datetime picker but do not change it
Update the subscription
See that the payment date does not change.
