Gas Sensor for a second relay

Could we modify the code to control a second relay that is connected to equipment that is normally on all the time, like a freezer? I didn't want to do it wrong and have the kid's ice cream for after a flight melt ;-) Maybe use the pin next to the gas detector for the "pos" lead for a second relay? Modify the loop for always on unless gas is detected, turn off the relay, send an SMS, wait for the gas to clear and then, turn on the relay, and send SMS?

What do you think?
