This PR enhances the soundevent.term module by adding a set of predefined terms for describing sound events and related data.

Key changes:

• New terms: Added predefined terms for:
  • Location: country, county, location_id, state_province, elevation
  • Capture Device: capture_device
  • Taxonomy: taxonomic_class (to specify the "class" of an organism)
  • Identifiers: alternative (to accommodate alternative IDs or names)
• Source: These terms are based on established standards from Darwin Core and SKOS.
• Data folder improvements: Minor updates to the data folder, including improved field descriptions and aliases.
