Enhancement: Plotting Functionality for Geometries, Annotations, and Predictions

This pull request introduces comprehensive plotting capabilities for geometries, annotations, and predictions within the soundevent library.

Key Changes:

• Geometry Plotting:
  • Added plotting functions for all types of soundevent.Geometry objects (rectangles, polygons, etc.).
  • These functions leverage the shapely.plotting module to provide visualizations of geometric data.
• Annotation & Prediction Plotting:
  • Introduced functions for plotting collections of soundevent.SoundEventAnnotation and soundevent.SoundEventPrediction objects.
  • This enables easy visualization of sound event labels and model predictions on top of audio signals.
• User Guide Tutorial:
  • A new tutorial has been added to the user guide, providing instructions and examples on how to utilize the plotting features.
