Pickers v4

Switch to @material-ui/pickers v4 (once it's stable)

Describe the solution you'd like

I'm more asking what your progress is currently on the issue. Since you're doing a lot of refactoring I hope you have v4 and its breaking changes on the radar.
Ideally we'd have a next release channel for material-table that you can run integration tests on (with /pickers v4 and /core v5) and which /core can use in its docs of its next release channel.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For app devs using material-table there isn't much of an alternative. If you still rely on /pickers v3 then they should too which in turn locks them into /core v4.
