Doesn't play nice with bootstrap modal dialog

When I open bootstrap dialog and init tagsManager it shows behind the dialog, default modal z-index is 1050, but setting higher z-index is not a hack, better if typeahead would be added after input field and not to the end on the document body

I think this is more of a bootstrap issue even though it's annoying.
