What is the current behavior?

Each type of question has its own set of question settings. The order of those settings are not consistent across all question types and some settings are not grouped with their related settings (ie. border and border radius aren't grouped together)

Question settings should be ordered consistently across all question types and related settings should be grouped together

If this issue is a question or feature request, what is the motivation / use case for changing the current behavior?

Consistent order and logical grouping will make the app seem more polished and easier for users to use quickly.

After double checking these, some of the inconsistencies are just due to the different atrributes that make sense for some input types. I do want to move the grid type setting down closer to the bottom because it looks out of place where it is now.
