Support Repeat

It would be pretty awesome if there was support for a Repeat command such that when there are no more songs in the queue, then it'd just start replaying the songs that have already been played stored in cache or something until somebody adds a new song.

Just so that there's always some music playing, without having to remember to switch back to Mumble when there are no more songs in the queue 😄

I think something similar to this has been brought up before, but was called radio mode.

I'll keep this issue open as a radio mode (or repeat command as you call it) would probably be a good thing to add in as I have had this minor annoyance myself.
