Windows opens files with permissions for the current user, and not for anyone else.
We currently map Group & Other permissions to the user. This is wrong.
Proposal is instead to map POSIX Other -> Windows Everyone, and POSIX Group -> Windows Primary Group user is member of.
This issue is not about fixing representation of User and Group IDs as an integer.
