IgBlast by default doesn't output certain indel statistics like V/D/J 3'/5 deletion lengths or insertion sequences. This disallows the user to obtain certain summaries (e.g. getVGene3PrimeDeletionLengthDistribution, compareVDInsertionMatrices) so it would be nice to manually construct these (perhaps employing Change-O for help).
