Of all the files in my data sets, the one file I have attached, with only about 400 seqs, ran over a day, never went past the point of running igblast, and creating the .tsv file, and never finished running. It never threw any errors either. In other words, it ran igblast, then went back to running R on one core, never called AssignGenes.py and continued running Ad infinitum.
I suspect there may be a sequence-related issue at hand. I will continue to investigate this tomorrow, and report back. In the mean time the file is attached here. S-27_Day-28.txt
