Timezone Butler is not working at all for us #63

We added Timezone Butler to the channel first, then wrote some times in a thread, but no one sees any message from the Timezonebutler app. Why? Do we need to do something else?

I am having the same issue, except the butler does not even respond in a DM.

A slack bot can't access DMs, that's why it's not answering there
