[feature] allow starts without project

[masukomi]

as a user who tends to work on the same project for a long time
i don't want to have to constantly specify the project name every time I start a timer
so that I don't have to type unnecessarily.

Suggested solution:

IF the user has > 1 timer then suggest whatever project they used last time, and allow them to hit enter to accept it OR type in the name of a different one and use that.
