better handling of ongoing timers #36

Ongoing timers should have their current duration displayed instead of just "ongoing"

when you say hey today or hey log 1 day
I'm thinking it should be something like > 40m41s

when you hey summarize 1 day it should add in whatever time has passed so far on ongoing timers.
