OtteHR - Intake - Video Chat - End Call - Patient Directed to Empty Screen with Loader

Description:
When a patient ends a video chat call in the Intake flow, they are redirected to an empty screen displaying a loader. Instead, the patient should be returned to the Home screen with a "Return to call (active call)" button if the call is still active.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a video chat call in the Intake flow as a patient.
2. End the call.

Expected Result:
The patient should be redirected to the Home screen with a "Return to call (active call)" button if the call remains active.

Actual Result:
The patient is redirected to an empty screen with a loader, with no option to return to the Home screen.
