This issue was not reproducible after deleting all relatedPerson resources associated with a number.

to test:

  1. deleting all relatedPerson resources associated with your number
  2. create new patients, message them, make sure the return messages have the correct patient names. Try editing one patient and then messaging another patient. Try to break this!
