Wp-Adv-Quiz integration with MyCred

Add a hook for Wp-Adv-Quiz/MyCred so that the actual points scored in the quiz are added to the total points. That is, when the user scores 12 points for the passed quiz, he receives 12 points. When a user scores 43 points for a passed quiz, he receives 43 points.

This is a proposal to expand integration Wp-Adv-Quiz/MyCred. Currently, points are awarded only for passing the quiz and for passing the quiz at 100%. This is a very narrow functionality.
