Cannot start program

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-click on shortcut (or .exe)

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to start. Instead (when watching task manager) I see the 
program start, and then immediately exit.

What version of DamnVid are you using? On what operating system? Better
yet, paste the system info that you see in the Bug Report dialog, if
possible.
I am using v1.6.

Please attach the file damnvid.log, found the in the following directory:
- %APPDATA%\DamnVid if you're on Windows (Copy/paste that into Explorer's
address bar)
- Home/Library/Preferences/DamnVid on Mac OS X
- ~/.damnvid on Linux
Please provide any additional information below.
This is after a fresh install, with no customization at all (i.e. installer was 
run with default parameters).
