ML_SynthTools will not compile with Organ example. Deprecated files and undefined references. ES8388 content

Hello.

I've been trying to get this working for more than 6 months. I'll try for a while, get issues, get frustrated, then take a break for a bit. Usually I'll wait for an update, then download the new code and see if it makes a difference. I generally just end up with new errors.

I bought an ESP32 Audiokit because I thought that was the best way to finally have the same board used in your videos (ES8388 codec). I've been chasing errors for several months and still haven't been successful.

Sent an e-mail to Marcel and learned that I needed to use an older ESP library. He recommended using 2.0.#. I was able to compile after this.
