Detail on the feature requested

With the extended contract, the owner could set a delegatee and a minimum time, if the owner has not signed or execute any transaction in x amount of time, the delegatee can call the contract and take over this ownership

This could be a way to give your multisig wallet in your will or have a backup address if you lose your wallet, without requiring a treshold
