Filter mode hide expanders

It would be handy if when a tree is filtered that expander icon is removed if there are now no children.

That way the user isn't confused about why there is an expander which doesn't do/show anything.

Maybe add an extra class to the expander of nodes that have children, but all of them are hidden, so CSS can be added to hide or lock.
(Similar class colud be added to nodes that are uncollapsibel due to minExpandLevel)
