Given:

int v = 7;
estd::tuple<int&> tuple1(v);

visit calls fail, estd::get can't quite get matched quite likely in relation to error:

error: 'const_pointer' declared as a pointer to a reference of type 'estd::internal::visitor_instance<int &>::value_type' (aka 'int &')
