Auto-input Of Consumed Meal Elements Note

Describe the bug
Upon activating auto-input of consumed food elements, an 'A' is added to alternative elements. N deleting those a notes takes work.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Meals Consumption Service
2. Select a meal in service input form.
3. Note the 'A' added to notes

Expected behavior
Better to point the alternatives in a better way that needs no work to fix / update input data, like an indicator of sort.
