There is a need to excersie along the day, like breaking long-seat habit and the like.

A service of setting and reminding of break-seating habit.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Other apps exist, but an abiliy of recording the activites could reduce the effort redundance of manually inputing the data in HDL.

Additional context
Options are to be set of circuable time for focus and rest, beside a pick of acitivites start time would auto record it to activites.
