In diet instructions given by nutritionist, there is a chance that several elements are to be consumed together, and other several elements could be alternatives as a group, not alternatives for elements

An entry option to indicate that element x + element y together, could be altered by element a + element b together.

Currently element alternatives are being used which cause confusion and diversion from nutritionist guides.
