Issue summary

For a user created with Domain Administrator the Search and Reports not showing all mails when filtered for a user. Particularly SPAM/HIGH Spam mails are not being displayed. I have tried both message listing and message operations.
if I create a user then all his mails are being displayed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Search and Reports
  2. To (Ive tried to is equal to/to contains/to in header)
  3. Ive tried with (is SPAM>0) and without both.

Expected result

For Domain Administrator it should show all this user xxx@domain.com 's mails matching the above filter.

Actual result

The Spam and High Spam mails don't get displayed. only clean mails get displayed.

Installation

Version and method

  • MailWatch Version: stable 1.2.x
  • Install type: GitHub checkout
  • Updated from an older MailWatch or fresh install: Upgrade for many versions over the years

Server configuration

  • Operation System: CentOS 7.9
  • PHP version: 8.2.15
  • Database: MariaDB version 10.6.16
  • Mail Server: Postfix
  • Used web server: Apache 2.4.6-99

Client configuration

  • Operation System: Windows 11

Please help why the filters don't work for the Domain Administrator.

Thanks
DP

I am unable to reproduce this issue on the latest MailWatch. I would make sure you are using the latest version of MailWatch and that your conf.php is not configured to hide spam and high spam.
