GUI: add warning/confirm dialog on submit deck without lands in deck editor

If you manually press submit button then make sure deck has a lands. If not then add warning/confirm message about that, so user can add it. Also make sure it compatible with auto-click and timers (auto-submit).

Also make sure it's not an empty deck, e.g. user forget to move cards from sideboard (show same warning).
