I am using Zipkin via opentelemetry-exporter-zipkin. The release notes of 0.13 seem to indicate that the infrastructure services support is tied to Brave. Is there a particular reason for this? I would've assumed just simply looks for the zipkin or zipkin-reporter dependency?
