OpenMemories-Tweak Creates Black Screen Sony A7Rii

I am Japanese.
I bought a foreign model of Sony A7Rii in Japan and converted the menu to Japanese using OpenMemories-Tweak.
I have not used it for a while, but recently I decided to use my a7rii, and when I charged the battery and switched it on, the LCD screen remains black and nothing is displayed, although there is some flickering, so I cannot use it.
I connected the camera to my laptop via usb and tried to start it up, but the symptoms remain the same.

Even after running pmca-gui-v0.17-win.exe, only the following messages were showed.

Looking for Sony devices
No devices found.
Ensure your camera is connected.
