As discussed in project meeting, this is a later priority.

The base infrastructure is there as part of #2 with the run_deep_comp being part of the namelist.

Proposal would be to add if statements to the select_case instances 'ZM' and 'YOG' in convect_deep that run the alternative scheme if required by copying function calls but running with dummy variables that are passed to the relevant outfld.
