Python Env Setup | omg-llava | mismatched peft | mmengine bug #61

I was following the python env setting instructions for omg-llava and find it a bit hard to reproduce a workable python env.

There are 2 identified issues:

mismatched version for peft and transformers
mmengine bug: [Bug] KeyError: 'Adafactor is already registered in optimizer at torch.optim' open-mmlab/mmengine#1609

my solution:

pip install --force-reinstall peft
pip install --force-reinstall mmengine==0.8

suggestion:

add a complete list of packages
