This is a collection of functions for producing nice plots in R.
describeArc: Draw an arc on a plot by clicking three points.
colorEdgePhylo: Generate a vector of colors to pass to the edge.col argument of the function plot.phylo in the R package ape. Helps the user to highlight known groups on a phylogenetic tree.
squarePie: Functions to make pie charts that are square or triangle-shaped and can be placed anywhere on a plot.
