Clean up the codebase to make it more readable and easier to understand at a first glance

Mixins into different folders (maybe categories that are already in config?)
Features into different folders (same as above)
Remove IEntityDataSaver (remnants of an yt tutorial, never used)
Put Commands, Keybindings, Events into "registry"/"registration" folder
