I try to add my Philips TV, the TV is not found during the scan, also the scan does not stop scanning, s i have no option to manually add the TV.

I re-installed my homey (from scratch), before the reinstall the TV was already added, so it was compatible and working.
But now after a factory reset i installed the app again an now the autodiscovery does not work, as mentioned also no option to manually add it.

I have the exact same problem.
The app just keeps scanning and nothing happens.
I have verified that the tv is giving a JSON reply and it has been connected previously.
it a Phillips 65OLED984/12

mine changed, after a reboot now it scans but does not find anything.
It gives me a manual ip field, but when i enter the IP adress of the TV nothing happens, i get the IP input field again.
I have a script running on my nas using python script of the API and this script is working normally, the TV is responding on this script, also using HA the TV responds, only not on the Homey script.
