Exam mode: Cannot scroll on Confirm Early Submission page

Describe the bug

When clicking on "Hand in Early", you land on a page to confirm your submission. There is a button at the bottom of that page to go back and continue with the exam – but if your screen/window is too small, you cannot see it and can't scroll down.

To Reproduce

1. Participate in an exam
2. Click "Hand in Early"
3. Try to scroll down

Expected behavior

The page should be able to scroll
