G4UserLimit was added by me to limit the step in LAr sensitive gaps. I checked and the ATLAS original code does not include it. I think it is better to comment out and add a comment to it. Files to be changed are ATLHECTB.cc and ATLHECTBDetectorConstruction.cc.
