cf_instant_tx_entry0, atoms in general #258

we're dealing with some string-ish data, but sometimes represented as atoms. Atoms are understood as URIs, once dumped into rdf.

right now, the generated rdf file has:

@base              <http://jj.internal:8877/tmp/1708972594.9525723.325.7.C710BF4x340/000000_doc_final.trig> .

an empty atom is then parsed as http://jj.internal:8877/tmp/1708972594.9525723.325.7.C710BF4x340/000000_doc_final.trig

a nonempty atom is parsed as http://jj.internal:8877/tmp/1708972594.9525723.325.7.C710BF4x340/something

...

so, more in general, clean up the rdf data
