Docker Compose Discord Notify for Server Update?

Hi All,

Does anyone have a Docker Compose environment variables for how to get Discord notifications when the Server has been updated successfully? Ideally, including the Version Number in the message would be good to let users know to update their client.

Also, if there was as second message to let people know if someone has logged in?
