Unable to Retrieve Room Session Duration via listRooms()

Describe the problem

We are trying to retrieve the duration of how long a room has been active (session duration) using the LiveKit Node.js SDK. However, the listRooms() method does not provide this information

Describe the proposed solution

It would be highly beneficial if the listRooms() method (or a similar API) could include the following additional fields:

• session_start_time: Timestamp when the room became active (e.g., when the first participant joined).

• session_end_time: Timestamp when the room became inactive (e.g., when the last participant left).

• session_duration: Calculated duration of the room's active session (at least this one).
