Add the .css and .yaml files to your ~/Library/Application Support/LimeChat/Themes directory.

Chose the laid_back theme in your LimeChat > Preferences > Theme > Current Theme dropdown menu.

Chat in a calm environment. Well, at least as far as the colors go.
