[BUG] Episode numbering

Hi, thanx for this amazing project!

I have found a small bug in the episode numbering.
When you have episode 2-5 or 7-11, it will show as episode 1 until 4. Instead of episode 2 until 5 or 7 until 11.
So it only show the correct episode numbers when you have all episodes of a season in order and not one is missing.

Are those single files split into multiple? Lingarr imports data from Sonarr the display of those episode is mostly dependent on that. Would you be able to paste some screenshots of both Sonarr, Lingarr and the directory? Hopefully I am able to replicate it.

No, the files are not split. Below you see an example that only episode 7-18 are available in Sonarr. Episode 1-6 where already deleted.

When Lingarr got the info from Sonarr it says there are 12 episodes, that is correct. But names them 1-12 instead of 7-18.

When you look at the directory you see episodes 7-18.

Everything works fine with processing the episodes, so there is not really any big problem.
Except Lingarr does not reflect the real episodes numbers.
