Containers fails to start on VM restart ( failed to allocate for range 0: 10.4.0.23 has been allocated to...duplicate allocation is not allowed)

May be a silly question. I have a redis container in the Ubuntu-LTS VM. I stop the container, stop the VM, start the VM and start the container.

I get apparmor error like this

Any idea? I can rm the container and create a new one and it works fine.
