Feature Request: Hide the overlay and timer

Hi! Thank you for the work you are doing!

I was thinking, is it possible to hide the recording overlay? Ideally, w/o even showing the timer in the top bar.

It would be idea if there would be an option to control the recording from the context menu of the icon in the tray, but w/o showing any signs that it is recording. Anyway MacOS shows that recording is happening - so there should not be any risks for privacy.
