Hi,

When can I expect a new release as I see from last year Oct-2019 there is no further release.

If lightbend credentials are still needed, if someone can update the NEWS.md and README.md I can do the other tasks of https://github.com/lightbend/config/blob/master/RELEASING.md

What are the issues need to be updated in NEWS.md

I've looked at the latest changes in the master branch and made a list of issues closed since the last release. Perhaps i missed something.

• Add BigInteger version of getBytes #172
• CONFIG_FORCE_: Environment variables appear twice in Configuration #684
• StackOverflowError when OS has a lot of environment variables #700
