As a New Site User I can visit the About site so that I can learn about the forum and the forum community

Acceptance Criteria:

I can easily find the navigation to the site
I can read the site
I can see an inviting picture on the about page

Tasks:

Update navbar and templates, style
Install Cloudinary, modify about model
Add an image, style
